INGREDIENTS
- 1 boneless chicken breast piece
- 2 slices multigrain bread
- 2 slices tomato and ripe avocado
- 2 tbsp Mayonnaise or spread of your choice
- Salt and pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
- Toast the bread on both sides until slightly brown. Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper. In a pan, roast the chicken until cooked well on both sides. Once done, cut the chicken breast into pieces.
- Smear a dollop of mayo or the spread of your choice on the toasted bread slices. Place avocado slices on it and top it with chicken slices. Then finally add the tomato slices and cover with the other toasted bread slice.
- Serve with ketchup or cheese dip along with French fries and salad.
