Garden Fresh Veggie Pizza

Ingredients

  • 1 non-stick cooking spray
  • 1 pizza dough ready to use, formed into 16″ pizza crust
  • 2 Tsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 Tbsp basil, chopped
  • 8 Oz mozzarella, shredded
  • 2 large roma tomato, sliced thin
  • 1 cup(s) mushrooms stems and pieces, drained
  • 1 cup(s) sliced pimentos
  • 2 1/4 Oz sliced black olives, drained

Instructions

  • Heat oven to 450°F.
  • Line a baking sheet with foil and spray with non-stick cooking spray.
  • Place pizza crust on the pan and brush with olive oil, then sprinkle with basil leaves.
  • Top pizza crust with 1/2 cup shredded cheese, tomatoes, mushrooms, pimientos, olives and remaining cheese.
  • Bake pizza on lower oven rack 10 to 15 minutes or until cheese bubbles and begins to brown.
