Ingredients
- 1 non-stick cooking spray
- 1 pizza dough ready to use, formed into 16″ pizza crust
- 2 Tsp extra virgin olive oil
- 3 Tbsp basil, chopped
- 8 Oz mozzarella, shredded
- 2 large roma tomato, sliced thin
- 1 cup(s) mushrooms stems and pieces, drained
- 1 cup(s) sliced pimentos
- 2 1/4 Oz sliced black olives, drained
Instructions
- Heat oven to 450°F.
- Line a baking sheet with foil and spray with non-stick cooking spray.
- Place pizza crust on the pan and brush with olive oil, then sprinkle with basil leaves.
- Top pizza crust with 1/2 cup shredded cheese, tomatoes, mushrooms, pimientos, olives and remaining cheese.
- Bake pizza on lower oven rack 10 to 15 minutes or until cheese bubbles and begins to brown.
