Macroni Pasta Recipe: Make macaroni pasta at home in a different taste and easy way

Ingredients

  • 250 g pasta macaroni
  • 4 tbsp tomato ketchup
  • 1 yellow bell pepper
  • 1 red bell pepper 
  • 1 capsicum (green chili)
  •  2 onions
  •  2 tbsp butter
  • 50 grams of cheddar cheese
  •  1/2 tsp white chili powder 
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • salt as required
  •   1/4 cup corn

Instructions

Chop all the vegetables and boil the macaroni

To make macaroni pasta, take a clean chopping board and wash and chop all the vegetables. Keep the chopped vegetables aside for later use. Now put macaroni with water in a vessel. Add 1/2 tsp salt and mix. Now let the macaroni cook on medium heat till it becomes soft.

Soften Chopped Vegetables

After this take a pan and keep it on medium flame. Heat butter in it. When the butter melts, add onion, corn, and capsicum to it and fry the vegetables to soften them. Keep stirring them to keep them crunchy. Do not cover it with a lid.

Cook vegetables in spices and mix with boiled macaroni

After roasting the vegetables, add tomato ketchup to them. Stir well and then add red chili powder, white chili powder, and salt to the pan. Stir once again and cook the vegetables for 5-7 minutes. Finally, put the boiled macaroni in the pan and cook for another 5 minutes.
