Peanut Butter and Jelly Smoothie Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup fresh raspberries 120 grams
  • 1½ cups fresh strawberries 212 grams
  • ½ cup milk 114 grams
  • ¾ cup Greek yogurt 170 grams
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter 34 grams
  • 1 tablespoon honey 21 grams

EQUIPMENT

  • Kitchen Scale (optional)
  • High Powered Blender (click for my favorite)

Instructions

  • In the glass of a blender add all the ingredients and pulse until smooth and creamy.1 cup fresh raspberries,1½ cups fresh strawberries,½ cup milk,¾ cup Greek yogurt,2 tablespoons peanut butter,1 tablespoon honey
  • Pour into glasses and serve with a straw.

NOTES

  • Wash and dry your berries before adding them to your blender.
  • Drizzle more peanut butter on top of the smoothie to give it that extra touch that will blow you away.
  • If you don’t have honey, feel free to add agave syrup or maple syrup into your blender with the rest of the ingredients to make your smoothie taste slightly sweeter.
  • This is a high-protein meal that’s super filling and low on carbs.
  • The combination of raspberries and strawberries is perfectly balanced (not that sweet, not that tart)
