INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice about 6-7 lemons
- 1 pound strawberries green cut off
- 1 tablespoon dried lavender seeds
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 7 cups cold water
- Fresh strawberries for garnish
INSTRUCTIONS
- Add 3 tablespoons of the lemon juice and strawberries to a blender and puree.
- Pass the mixture through a sieve pressing hard to get all of the strawberry juice into a small bowl.
- Add the mixture back into the blender and add the lavender seeds and rest of the lemon juice.
- Blend for about 30 seconds.
- Transfer the liquid to a large jug or pitcher.
- Add the sugar and water and whisk until the sugar has dissolved.
- Taste and add more water if preferred.
- Store in the fridge or add some frozen strawberries or ice cubes and serve at once.
